On live television, Mina Tepes, the ruler of all vampires, reveals the existence of her species to the world and states her plan to build a sanctuary in Japan for vampires, called the Vampire Bund. Using her family's wealth to pay off the nation's debt, they have agreed to let her build this safe-haven for her fellow creatures of the night. But not everyone is so easily swayed by Mina's influence, as her announcement brings about conflict with humans who believe that the queen's quest for peace is a façade. Akira Kaburagi does not believe in vampires and gets uneasy whenever they are brought up, although he has yet to realize why. Apart from suffering a head injury a year ago, he lives on blissfully until he meets Mina. She triggers within him memories of a life he had long forgotten, and he soon begins protecting her without understanding why. But Akira's secret is far stranger than he could have ever thought possible—he discovers that he is a werewolf, sworn from birth to protect the vampire queen, even if it costs him his life. Now, as these two dance a rondo of death in the Vampire Bund, Mina and Akira find out just how deep their bond goes.

Zelgadiss

A somewhat interesting premise and world set up that is completely trampled by the grotesque amounts of loli fanservice. smh

jojovonjo

This coulda been great but, the execution never lived up to the premise.

Cerulian

As good as it could have been, too much loli service, and too much dramatic poses. It felt like it was about showing off Miina, that’s all.

TheWired

lolis and vampires… i watched this when i was watching a bunch of vampire shows… don’t know why but mina is fucking cute!! death wish?

destinee_amv

Interesting storyline

Windeen

At least there is a logical reason that pertains DIRECTLY to the plot, for her to be a legal loli….. A lot of series don’t have that.

SpherisCore

That was quite interesting, I remembered it even after all those years that’s proof !

"We, who hurt each other so terribly, will sit here licking each other's wounds. We damaged goods will each seek the other out in comfort. If you are to die tomorrow, I'm fine with my life ending then as well. But if you want to live for me for one more day,I'll go on living with you today as well. And thus begins a tale of kindred, bound by their scars. Soaked in red and written in black, a story of blood. One of which I'll never speak. Our very own, precious as it is, story of scars. And I have no intention of reciting it to anyone."
