Captivating and vivid depictions of winter along with a genuine main character makes for a show criminally overshadowed by Clannad.

Who wins? Gary, a race Snail or a rock who doesn’t move until the end? Spoiler: It’s not Gary

Really got into the atmosphere of this one but, would have liked to have a couple characters more fleashed out.

A clear early adopter of the curse of trying to make a visual novel into an anime without all of the substance. Good but nothing more.

Its Key, what did you expect?

It will always be overshadowed by Clannad, but that doesn’t mean Kanon shouldn’t be given credit for its fantastic storytelling.

Kanon stays close to the Canon of the original source material very well. Love the overall cuteness as well. Sad, but also happy.
