Update media player to the latest and see if that works, some default players like windows media players dont work well with x265 encoding that we do here
We recommend VLCDownload VLC
Update to the latest version of VLC and test if you have issues or not.
If you are still not able to then read on
Some encodes may not have subtitles as their default track – you can check that by right clicking and checking subtitle tracks.
Check if you have subs in the video or not
If there are sub then select those. if not then report it to the forum
