When swords were outlawed in the eleventh year of the Meiji Era, the mighty samurai population began to dwindle. Those who rejected the ban on blades rebelled, causing violent unrest to erupt throughout the countryside. To combat the rise in criminal activity, an inescapable lake prison was constructed. Three young men, born of the Kumoh line, were given the duty of delivering criminals to their place of confinement—but could there be more to their mission than meets the eye? (Source: FUNimation)

One of the finest samurai anime stories to be produced. It would be near perfect if given a little more breathing room for big reveals

Whenever one of my favorite manga gets adapted the result is always lackluster. I’d recommend sticking to the manga and its side stories.

Had interesting enough pieces of story for me to finish it,but I honestly found the show boring& really formulaic. Not a show for me,I guess.

Adheres very closely to the original’s story but somehow manages to make it worse. Utterly forgettable and disposable adaptation.

This was too cute! I can’t wait for the movie!

Great anime with good feels and story line Would recommend
