Something bizarre has come over the land. The kingdom is deteriorating. People are beginning to act strange... What's even more strange is that people are beginning to see dragons, which shouldn't enter the world of humans. Due to all these bizarre events, Ged, a wandering wizard, is investigating the cause. During his journey, he meets Prince Arren, a young distraught teenage boy. While Arren may look like a shy young teen, he has a severe dark side, which grants him strength, hatred, ruthlessness and has no mercy, especially when it comes to protecting Tehanu. For the witch Kumo this is a perfect opportunity. He can use the boy's "fears" against the very one who would help him, Ged. (Source: ANN)

This movie was beautiful, the art style, story, soundtrack. It all came together so well and I was really pleased with how amazing it was!

This movie gets so much hate, yes the story isnt the best, but the art style is amazing as expectet from a ghibli movie.

Not the best movie but not as bad as some people would lead you to believe. If you didn’t know it was a Ghibli film you may enjoy it more.

The only boring Studio Ghibli movie.

Felt like an outline rather than a fully developed tale. Had some good animation and hints of a deeper story, but it never went there.

What a great plot twist of the movie, I like the character design!!

The main kids are more interesting than many Ghibli MCs. There are a lot of amazing aspects of this movie, worth a watch for fantasy fans.

    Anime was a mistake
