Encoder's Notes

This isn’t your traditional Japanese anime instead its source is a popular Filipino comic.
While I would have recommended watching this in tagalog but the subtitles are from Netflix which can be really bad sometimes.

As for the video, the source I used was bad, its an understatement when I say bad. There were tons of artifacts, banding, blocking, aliasing, haloing you name it its all their.
All the noticeable artifacts were fixed as best as they can be, there might remain some minor ones that I may have either overlooked or chose not to waste time on fixing. It is recommended that you watch mini encodes on mpv, enabling the deband option, however without the deband this looks pretty good too.

As for the audio, english audio is AAC, tagalog audio is OPUS, and japanese audio is AAC. While the english and the tagalog audio is in 2Ch, japanese one is actually 6 channels.

If you think anything is off, feel free to comment down.

Brings traditional folklore and life to the small screen with confidence, style, and buckets upon buckets of blood… a triumphantly original and polished horror-action series.

Although it felt a bit rushed, it’s an awesome series packed with accurate representation of Filipino mythology. Can’t wait for season 2!

it’s nice to know that Taiga gives us the information we really want to know, you know like Sakura’s cup size and stuff

An amazing adaptation of the first part of the Heaven’s Feel route from the VN, with excellent pacing, animation, and overall directing.

Great animation, well-paced, great music score, great character designs. Everything about it is what DC wishes they made into a Constantine series a long time ago. Only negative is that there are only 6 episodes. A must-watch for anyone who enjoyed Constantine: City of Demons, Castlevania, or anime like Hellsing

I can already hear them chanting “proud to be pinoy”

    can i kwill u plis ??
